I listen to a rock/alternative radio station so that genre I am pretty up to date with. But the most popular stuff? Clueless. I never thought I'd outgrow MTV, as I am a proud member of society that helped pioneer the network, but I cannot tolerate the majority of stuff played there these days. posted by: lindy (reply) post date: 04.23.05 (11:08 am) Reply to: billlyryan Am I that obvious, BR? loooooool posted by: lindy (reply) post date: 04.23.05 (11:09 am) Reply to: grateful1 I've heard of several of them, ini particular, I like Nick Cave. As for your thoughts... I bet you would be right. ;) posted by: lindy (reply) post date: 04.23.05 (11:10 am) Reply to: FinalyFree Hahaha. MTV is no longer my cup of tea. I hear there are two now... one for what they consider 'old school' (would that be the actual playing of music?) and the other is whatever happens to be the latest rage... reality tv shows, etc. No thanks! I'd rather get stuck, thanks! haha. posted by: billlyryan (reply) post date: 04.23.05 (12:38 pm) Reply to: lindy Pretty much. I know many of the bands you listed! Thanks for the comments! j posted by: the REAL juniperflux (reply) post date: 04.24.05 (12:07 pm) Reply to: lindy BR thought we were playing a weird game. Hmmmm. See, I told you, you could pass for me and nobody would notice. :) Thanks for minding the shop in my absence. j posted by: the REAL juniperflux (reply) post date: 04.24.05 (12:27 pm) Reply to: FinalyFree The problem with MTV is that they took the music out of their programming. It's all about reality TV these days, and like you, I cannot tolerate it.
